I have been selling real estate full-time in the Simi Valley area since 1979. For the first 18 years I was with Coldwell Banker where I earned Top Producer and President’s Club status consistently. For the next 10 years I was with CENTURY 21 Troop Real Estate. During that time I have been honored with the status of CENTURION and/or Double CENTURION Agent 8 times and my production has placed me in the top 10 of the company. I was inducted into the CENTURY 21 CENTURION HONOR SOCIETY as a Charter Member. In 1991 I was the number 1 CENTURY 21 agent in Ventura County. I am now with Troop Real Estate with 15 offices and over 500 agents. We are the largest Century 21 Real Estate Company in Ventura County.Any real estate agent, even one with one day’s experience, can sell you a home or can sell your home. Experience, however, is critical and can make the difference in a smooth & successful transaction. With buyers, the ability to be able to listen to their wants and needs and then be able to determine which homes fit those wants and needs takes experience. The experience to be able to look past the current inventory to determine which home really is right for the buyer. The ability to write the offer to insure that the buyer actually gets the home while at the same time insuring that the buyer does not over pay for the home. Most important, managing the escrow process to closing.With sellers, it is the ability to understand the market, to know when to recommend pushing the price ceiling and when to back off. The resources to insure that the home is marketed to insure the seller receives the top price possible in the shortest amount of time. Most important, I have the knowledge to insure a smooth transaction and to keep the client away from potential legal problems. It is not about awards or production levels. It is also not about sales and commissions. It is about insuring that the outcome of the transaction is in the best interests of the client. It is about not selling the buyer the wrong home just to make a sale. It is about selling the home in a manner and time frame that meets the needs of the seller.

Insuring that every listing is “staged” so that each potential buyer sees the home in its best light will help the home sell quicker and for a higher price in any market. As an Accredited Staging Professional I provide professional staging advice as part of my listing package to each seller I represent.
-I am an active member of the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce, A Longtime Ambassador and was Chairman of the Ambassadors.
-I have completed Leadership Simi Valley; I am a member of the Leadership Steering Committee and head the Alumni Recognition Committee.
-I am currently a Board member of the Simi Valley Police Foundation and serve on the Police Foundation Golf Tournament (formally Pars for Paws) committee and the Annual Banquet Committee.
